Terms and Conditions rk5 — The Complete Guide for Members

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between rk5 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") and every individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services available at rk5.onl (hereinafter referred to as "Member").

By registering an account, the Member expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

• Internet or network connection disruptions on the Member's end
• Hardware or software failure on the Member's device
• Unauthorized third-party access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence
• Gameplay decisions made by the Member based on inaccurate information

Rk5 strives to deliver services at a high availability standard (99.9% uptime), but cannot guarantee the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, maintenance, or force majeure events.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that part shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply in full.

Rk5's failure to enforce any right or provision in this document shall not be construed as a waiver of that right for the future.
